Guido Pella suffered a strong hamstring strain while playing the first round match at Wimbledon against the canadian Jesse Levine.
Pella turned two sets down (4-6, 2-6, 6-4, 6-3) and was 3-4 and 40-40 in the final set. Unfortunaley, he slid and fell on the floor showing obvious signs of pain.
"I'm beat," said Pella to his coach, immediately.
With tears in his eyes, gestures of pain and deep sadness, Pella left the court N°. 7 on the All England. He will return to his country to recover.
