Guido Pella won his first matches on grass during the Liverpool International Open.
On Thursday, he defeat the British Simon Roberts 4-6, 6-1, 12-10 and on Friday beat Spanish Pablo Andujar 10-8. Meanwhile, today he's lost the final against Martin Alund, 7-6, 6-3.
Also, with Alund, Guido lost the doubles final against the Skupskis brothers, 6-3, 6-4.
In the third Grand Slam of the season, which begins tomorrow at the All England Tennis Club in London, Pella will play against Canada's; Jesse Levine (112 º).
